VEYSONNAZ IN THE 4 VALLEES

This area is one of the bigger ski resorts in Switzerland and is located in the French part of Switzerland, Wallis (Valais).

Les 4 Vallées in one of the bigger ski areas of Switzerland, located in the French part of Switzerland, Wallis (Valais). Villages nearby are Nendaz, Veysonnaz, La Tzoumaz, Thyon, Verbier and Le Châble.

With approximately 400 kilometres of pistes and 100 installations, there is a great variety of slopes.
For beginners there are blue slopes everywhere and for the experts the Mont Gelé, Col de Gentianes and Mont Fort will offer a real challenge. There is also a 15 km downhill run from Mont-Fort (3,314 m) to Le Châble (829 m).
Average annual snowfall in the area is 5.8 meters (19 ft).
